Job Description

The Receptionist plays a vital role in providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring their stay is enjoyable and memorable.

This dynamic individual will be responsible for greeting and welcoming guests as they arrive at the hotel, registering them and processing their payments, responding to inquiries about in-house facilities and local tourist information, ensuring the security of room keys, and updating all guest information in the computer system.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work independently and take initiative, remain calm under pressure, and have experience working in a fast-paced environment.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
  • Register guests and process their payments
  • Respond to inquiries about in-house facilities and local tourist information
  • Ensure the security of room keys
  • Update all guest information in the computer system
Requirements
  • Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills
  • Capability to remain calm under pressure
  • Experience working in a 3/4-star hotel (desired but not essential)
