Digital Transformation Project Lead

Seeking an experienced project leader to join our team in driving digital transformation projects across Ireland and the UK. Key responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams in project planning and execution, delivering high-quality results for clients.
Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end project delivery, from scoping and planning through to execution, reporting, and closure.
- Define project objectives and deliverables, aligning team activities and managing communications with stakeholders to ensure timely, within-budget, high-quality outcomes.
- Drive issue resolution, facilitate change management, and manage project releases.
- 6+ years of experience in IT project management, with a proven record of successfully delivering complex projects, managing resources, and leading project teams.
- Expertise in resource planning, budget management, and margin optimization, with a focus on maximizing project efficiency and delivering measurable customer benefits.
- Advanced knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall, with experience in reporting on key project KPIs and change management.
- Exceptional leadership abilities, including strategic thinking, conflict resolution, negotiation, and strong relationship-building skills to engage effectively with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
- Proficient in MS Project and Jira, with experience delivering software development projects.
- PMP (or equivalent) certification required; Change Management certification preferred.
