Senior Construction Project Lead

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our residential and mixed-use construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire project lifecycle from inception to completion.
- Liaise with architects, engineers, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, track progress, and ensure timely completion of milestones.
- Oversee budgeting, procurement, and cost control to optimize project profitability.
- Maintain high quality standards and compliance with building regulations.
- Lead site teams and foster a culture of accountability and excellence.
Requirements
- 5+ years' experience in a Project Manager or Site Manager role.
- Demonstrated expertise in delivering residential developments, housing schemes, or apartment projects.
- Background in Main Contractors, Developers, or Residential Builders.
- Strong leadership, communication, and project coordination skills.
- Knowledge of Irish building regulations, BCAR, and H&S legislation.
- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (desired).
