Job Title: HR Advisor
About The RoleThe HR Advisor plays a pivotal role in supporting business units with workforce management, performance optimization and utilization across the employee lifecycle.
This role involves ensuring employee information, skills and qualifications comply with relevant standards, organizational policies and expected qualities for our people.
The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders to drive positive culture, compliance and high performance across our workforce.
Main Responsibilities- Acting as the first point of contact and support for key stakeholders on matters related to employee management or performance
- Monitoring workforce utilization and associated overtime and agency usage, and providing support to stakeholders for workforce optimization
- Overseeing the ongoing auditing and health checks for all HR-related processes and systems with a view to continuous improvement
- Collaborating with the broader team to ensure that our people receive an engaging, positive and informative employee experience
- Relevant qualifications in human resources are highly desirable
- The ability to troubleshoot and solve problems in a manner that satisfies all parties involved
- The confidence to show initiative, make decisions and take the lead on new processes
- Strong time management skills and the ability to juggle competing priorities
- High level of familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
- Previous experience working with SAP (Success Factors) is desirable but not essential
