
Commercial Portfolio Growth Specialist

We're looking for a highly motivated and ambitious sales professional to join our team as a Commercial Relationship Manager. This role is a key member of our growth strategy, leading the expansion of our existing business.

Key Responsibilities- You'll own and act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients.
- Your goal will be to drive revenue growth within that portfolio.
- You'll identify and pursue new business opportunities within that portfolio.
- You'll run a proactive and effective renewal process.
- You'll forecast and plan pacing throughout each quarter.
- You'll collaborate with a CSM and SE to ensure the long-term success of your portfolio.
Required skills and experience include:
- 2-3 years' experience in a B2B closing role.
- 2+ years of SaaS experience.
- Ability to discover customer pain points and articulate potential solutions.
- Ability to accurately qualify opportunities.
- Ability to deliver light demos or work closely with Sales Engineer/CSM.
- Capable of crafting compelling presentations for customers (QBRs, pricing proposals, etc.).
- Experience forecasting on a quarterly basis.
- Experience working in B2B SaaS.
- Experience working renewals.
