Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily departmental audits to ensure achievement of quality targets and initiatives.
  • Communicate and reinforce the hotel's vision, mission, and values to team members, fostering a culture of commitment and pride.
  • Maintain high levels of cleanliness, organization, and presentation within areas of responsibility.
  • Contribute to creating an inviting ambiance in departments, including control over lighting, music, and temperature settings.
  • Report any equipment or material defects to relevant departments in a timely manner.
