Job Opportunity: Business Development Generalist

We are a technology consulting firm specializing in AI and digital transformation.

As a business development generalist, you will play a crucial role in discovering new leads, establishing relationships with prospects, and nurturing leads until they can be converted to sales opportunities. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining a prospect pipeline, forecasting progress, and ensuring data quality.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Discovering new leads by searching, connecting, and managing prospects.
  • Establishing relationships with prospects to develop new opportunities.
  • Nurturing leads until they can be converted to sales opportunities.
  • Building and maintaining a prospect pipeline, forecasting progress, and ensuring data quality.
  • Conducting research to identify new business opportunities in domestic and international markets.

Requirements:

  • Experience in lead generation or sales using dedicated channels.
  • Proven experience working with Sales Hub, Apollo, Salesforce, etc.
  • Strong background in sales or demand generation within the Financial Industry is required; experience with Contact Center is an asset.
  • Technology expertise is highly recommended.
  • Hands-on experience with market analysis and devising strategies to target new accounts, develop business, and create new opportunities.
  • Excellent listening, phone, and writing skills.
  • Ability to present high-level technical solutions to prospects and customers.
  • Preferably experience in B2B sales.
  • Eager to discover valuable insights from customers.
  • Excellent project management skills, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
