This is a key role in our global marketing function, focusing on brand and campaign delivery for our Irish team.

As a strategic marketer, you will create comprehensive marketing plans to support business objectives. You will bridge the gap between group content and local content, leveraging opportunities for the Ireland team.

You will be responsible for managing local marketing activities, including budget allocation, supplier management, and event delivery. You will also maintain our LinkedIn presence, pursuing high-quality content and tracking engagement metrics.

Furthermore, you will manage email marketing campaigns, ensuring accurate targeting and messaging. You will update our global website with relevant content from Ireland and design marketing assets as needed.

Your primary goal is to raise Interpath's profile in Ireland through effective brand-building campaigns. You will work closely with central functions to ensure processes are followed and best practices are implemented.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Create marketing plans that align with business objectives.
  • Bridge the gap between group and local content.
  • Manage local marketing activities, including budget and suppliers.
  • Maintain LinkedIn presence and pursue high-quality content.
  • Manage email marketing campaigns and track engagement metrics.
  • Update global website with Irish content.
  • Design marketing assets as needed.
  • Raise Interpath's profile in Ireland through brand-building campaigns.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven experience in B2B marketing, ideally within professional services or consultancy.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Experience in creating marketing content that resonates with target audiences.
  • Familiarity with market research techniques and tools.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation and CRM systems.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
