
Document Management Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Document Management Specialist to join our team. This role will provide an opportunity for the successful candidate to gain valuable experience in managing administrative tasks and ensuring seamless communication across various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Certificate Management: Source and file certificates for BCAR and O&M Manuals, maintaining up-to-date records and ensuring easy accessibility.
- Administrative Support: Manage office duties, including updating drawings, handling document versions, and providing stakeholders with the latest information.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Establish effective communication channels with the design team, clients, site staff, and Senior Management, fostering collaborative relationships and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Document Compliance: Assist Senior Management in compiling documents for ISO accreditation and conduct annual audits, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Site Visits: Participate in regular site visits, one day per week, to maintain close ties with the project team and address any on-site concerns.
Requirements:
- Experience: A minimum of one year's experience as a Document Controller or Site Administrator with a Main Contractor in ROI is essential.
- Software Knowledge: Proficiency in construction-based software such as View Point, Procore, Zutec is required.
- Microsoft Office: Strong skills in Microsoft Office and Project/PowerPoint are necessary for efficient task management and document creation.
