Job Overview

This role is a key leadership position within a humanitarian aid organisation, based in Dublin City. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a flexible hybrid model and demonstrate long-term commitment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead the donor team, overseeing all aspects of donor care operations, ensuring seamless delivery and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with third-party phone support agencies, fostering collaboration and mutual understanding.
  • Design and deliver training programmes, creating engaging stewardship plans that meet the needs of diverse stakeholders.
  • Analyse feedback from various sources, identifying areas for growth and implementing targeted solutions.
  • Ensure timely processing of donations, managing reconciliation reports with precision and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with marketing and communications teams, performing general administrative tasks that support the organisation's goals.

Requirements:

  • A degree in marketing or a related field, combined with significant experience in donor care or customer relations management.
  • Demonstrated expertise in leading high-performing teams, driving results and achieving organisational objectives.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, IT, and data management skills, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional outcomes.
