Key Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch customer support from arrival to departure, ensuring seamless holiday experiences for guests.
  • Develop strong relationships with guests to understand their needs, offering tailored advice and selling relevant services.
  • Effectively handle complex issues, collaborating closely with internal teams to resolve queries efficiently.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • A genuine passion for the mountains and experience or interest in skiing, snowboarding, and winter outdoor activities.
  • Excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • EU passport holder and fluency in English, with additional languages being advantageous.
