The successful candidate will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of mechanical projects from start to finish, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative project outcomes, and demonstrate a strong track record of completing projects on time and within budget.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you should have at least 5 years of experience following professional qualification and hold a Degree in Mechanical or Building Services Engineering. You should also possess strong IT proficiency with solid knowledge of relevant software and CSA processes.

A demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams is essential. Additionally, you should have a track record of managing medium to large-scale building services projects, with healthcare experience being a plus.
