Technical Support Engineers play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Effective communication with customers via product usage and phone calls
  • Customer communications and issues ownership from initial contact to resolution
  • Becoming an expert in how the system works, its capabilities, and features
  • Collaboration with product teams to identify issues and offer informed opinions on solutions
  • Debugging complex issues with an understanding of the codebase and customer technologies
  • Building tools for increased efficiency and effectiveness within the team

The initial training period will focus on developing inboxing fundamentals and demonstrating proactive communication.

Essential skills include 1-2 years of technical support experience, basic web development knowledge, Git, Ruby, Rails, APIs, and strong customer focus, communication, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
