Procurement Manager

The ideal candidate will oversee the procurement of goods and services for our organization, ensuring timely delivery of quality products at competitive prices. This involves developing and implementing a comprehensive purchasing strategy, building strong relationships with stakeholders, and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams to determine product and service requirements
- Negotiating contracts with suppliers to secure the best possible prices
- Monitoring market trends and product availability to ensure optimal pricing
- Developing and executing strategies for procuring, storing, and distributing goods or services
The successful candidate must possess:
- Professionally qualified MCIPS
- Proven experience in procurement and supply chain operations
- Commercial acumen and excellent communication skills
- Ability to lead, direct, manage, motivate, and develop others
- Excellent negotiation and networking skills
- Proven track record of driving change and cost reduction
