Job Description

The Director of Architecture will define the capabilities, solutions, patterns, standards and guidelines related to the contact center and desktop experience.

This includes delivering and maintaining capabilities, solutions, solution architectures, patterns, standards, guidelines and specifications for the Fidelity Blueprint.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture or engineering with 10+ years of experience, including 5+ years as a solution architect.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver Contact Center and EC3-related capabilities, solutions, solution architectures, patterns, standards, guidelines and specifications for the Fidelity Blueprint.

  • Support and enable technology product leaders to deliver increased value to customers and operations associates.

  • Measure performance through established objectives and metrics that deliver business, technology and people results.

  • Partner with agile product area leaders, chapter area leaders, agile team leads and architects to develop platform designs and solution roadmaps.

  • Ensure delivered solutions meet high standards for quality, performance and scale.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in architecture or engineering role with 5+ years experience as a solution architect.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills with ability to influence decisions and engage across organizations.

  • Experience with enterprise contact center platforms, including voice and interactive voice response technology.

  • Enterprise user experience strategy expertise.

  • Passion for solving complex problems with track record of delivering innovative solutions.

  • Experienced architect designing and supporting enterprise level infrastructure using public cloud technologies (AWS and Azure).
