Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Assistant.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring stock loss controls are in place, maintaining store cleanliness, and following freshness and rotation principles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interacting with customers in a pleasant, friendly, and helpful manner
  • Ensuring stock is accurately counted and stored
  • Maintaining store and external cleanliness and hygiene standards
  • Following freshness and rotation principles
  • Assisting in the stock count process

Salary Progression:
  • Year 1: Basic €15.10; Unsocial €18.88; Overtime €22.65; Bank Holiday €30.20
  • Year 2: Basic €15.70; Unsocial €19.63; Overtime €23.55; Bank Holiday €31.40
  • Year 3: Basic €16.40; Unsocial €20.50; Overtime €24.60; Bank Holiday €32.80
  • Year 4: Basic €17.40; Unsocial €21.75; Overtime €26.10; Bank Holiday €34.80
