We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to provide administrative support to our team on a temporary contract basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced, professional environment.
This role involves providing day-to-day clerical support to the HR/Recruitment team, including managing and screening incoming phone calls and emails, coordinating interview schedules, supporting vetting processes, and maintaining accurate candidate records. Additionally, you will be responsible for carrying out general administrative duties such as data entry, document preparation, photocopying, scanning, and filing. You will also ensure that all records and documentation are kept up to date and organized.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in an administrative or clerical role, with strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail. They will also be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general IT systems. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for this role. A professional, proactive, and flexible approach to work is also required.
