Regional Sales Representative

  • Provide professional sales support as required by the Sales department, pre-and post-sales.
  • Educate Dairymaster dealers and customers on in-field and in-person training needs, promoting product knowledge and adoption.
  • Support dealers throughout the pre-and post-sales process, offering follow-up assistance to both dealer networks and end-users.
  • Deliver compelling presentations to potential customers and dealers, showcasing product benefits and value.
  • Analyze and interpret technical drawings, providing clear instructions and guidance.
  • Coordinate distributor and customer sales visits to HQ, facilitating collaboration and relationship-building.
Requirements:
  • A minimum requirement of a diploma/ level 7 qualification in Agriculture, Ag. Science or Agri-Business Management is essential.
  • Dairy Farm Management experience of at least three years is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of dairy farming principles is critical.
  • Prior sales experience within the Dairy Industry, particularly in agricultural machinery, is advantageous.
  • The ability to understand and offer guidance on building layout and design is essential.
  • High energy levels, drive, and enthusiasm are necessary to excel as a proactive team member.
  • A good understanding of technical aspects is required.
  • Proficiency in MS Office packages, especially Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, is mandatory.
  • Excellent communication skills are vital for success in this role.
  • A full Clean Drivers License is necessary.

Reviewing a portfolio, either online or in soft copy format, is highly desirable.
