Mamica Ltd. - The Firm seeks a seasoned professional to drive sales strategy and revenue growth as Director of Sales.

We are a contemporary four-star hotel renowned for our stylish ambiance and exceptional guest service.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve budgeted revenue, collaborating closely with senior management.
  2. Work in tandem with Revenue Management and Marketing Teams to maximize Revpar and expand market share.
  3. In conjunction with the Director of Revenue Management, ensure the hotel's competitive positioning within the local marketplace at all times.
  4. Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activity to inform sales decisions.
  5. Manage sales budgets, set individual goals, and foster a culture of excellence among team members.
  6. Promote accurate forecasting in collaboration with Revenue Management.
  7. Lead, develop, and motivate the Sales team to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
  8. Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external customers/suppliers.
  9. Support daily sales activities as needed.
  10. Perform additional duties as required by the General Manager.
The Ideal Candidate

We seek a proven Director of Sales/DOSM with extensive experience in large four/five-star properties, a track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets, and a creative approach to sales.

  • Proven ability to lead high-performing teams and promote a culture of excellence.
  • Candidate must possess excellent communication skills, written and verbal, and be highly organized with attention to detail.
  • Fluency across relevant IT systems (MS Office, Opera S&C, other hotel PMS) is essential.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
