Finance Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our team as a No. 2 leader in Finance, reporting directly to the CFO at our company's Clare facility for a 12-month period.

As a Finance Manager, you will oversee multiple sites and manage a small team of qualified & part-qualified accountants to deliver efficient financial and statutory accounting, AP, AR, and Payroll functions.

This is an ideal opportunity for a seasoned Finance Manager or Team Leader in an SSC or Co E environment looking for more influence, autonomy, and decision-making capabilities in a smaller company while remaining in a multinational environment.

You will have the flexibility to work from home and enjoy an attractive remuneration package including a base salary, bonus, company pension contributions, health insurance contribution, and flexible working options.

The successful candidate will be a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with strong financial reporting, audit, and controls experience.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing accurate financial reporting in accordance with IFRS & Irish GAAP
  • Preparing and presenting monthly management accounts incorporating KPIs pertaining to business performance
  • Oversight of AP, AR, Treasury, and tax compliance
  • Leading revenue recognition accounting practices and policies under IFRS15/ASC606
  • Managing a talented and ambitious finance team, providing opportunities for their continuous professional development
