We are seeking an accomplished leader to drive engineering excellence and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Provide visionary leadership for the engineering department, driving strategic growth and operational efficiency.
  • Elevate quality standards and compliance by implementing robust processes and protocols.
  • Foster collaboration across teams to meet customer demands and achieve revenue targets.
  • Oversee engineering initiatives spanning multiple disciplines, including electronics, mechanical, and chemical.
  • Serve as a key contributor to the Senior Management Team.
  • Lead cross-functional projects to enhance delivery success, reduce costs, and improve RMA rates.
  • Develop high-performing engineering teams through coaching, mentoring, and talent development.
  • Partner with global divisions and suppliers to share best practices and leverage cutting-edge technology.
  • Drive automation, digitalization, and Industry 4.0 initiatives to stay ahead of the competition.

Requirements / Essential Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Manufacturing, or related Engineering discipline.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in engineering, with a proven track record in highly regulated industries.
  • Proven leadership and managerial skills, with a successful history of leading cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Able to manage complex projects, adapt to change, and deliver results under pressure.
