
Sales Growth Leader

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to lead our team and drive sales growth. As the primary point of contact for our customers, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving revenue growth.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of proven food or foodservice sales experience, with a strong background in managing people and teams. You will be able to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for owning and driving sales performance, as well as leading and motivating a team to achieve exceptional performance and foster an environment of engagement and enablement.
You will work closely with the Operations Manager to deliver the strategic plan for the department, participating in projects as required by the business.
Key responsibilities include:
- Direct management and motivation of between 5-10 Account Managers
- Supporting the Operations Manager in delivering the strategic plan
- Establishing strategies to convert sales leads to new business, penetrate existing accounts, and reduce lost business
- Meeting and exceeding Sales & Margin Targets
- Actively utilizing the company CRM tool for planning and forecasting
Requirements include:
- 5+ years proven food or foodservice sales experience
- 3+ years proven experience of managing people, experience managing a remote team is advantageous
- Experience in use of Salesforce
- Proven ability to maintain and grow sales
- Solution Oriented:Ability to effectively plan, organise and deliver
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
