Retail Store Manager Position Overview

The role of Retail Store Manager is a key position in our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team. As a Retail Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of sales staff, implementing effective sales strategies, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 1 year's experience in retail management
  • Excellent numeracy skills
  • Good organisational skills
  • Good leadership skills and the ability to appraise and motivate staff
