Deployment Solutions Expert

We are seeking an experienced expert to join our team in driving innovation and excellence in deployment solutions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for architecting and deploying software products with efficiency and precision, leading to improved customer satisfaction and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop deployment facilities for software products across diverse runtime environments.
  • Integrate SaaS software products licensing solutions, optimizing for efficiency and scalability.
  • Configure and maintain services in Azure environments, including virtual machines, containers, Kubernetes clusters, and integration with Azure services like CDN and AKS.
  • Architect and manage all DevOps activities to support the Software Engineering team, maximizing efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Maximize Azure services and design processes for efficient DevOps implementation and ongoing service delivery.
  • Develop all Infrastructure as Code (IaaS) activities, leveraging technologies such as Terraform and Helm for configuration.
  • Implement monitoring solutions for infrastructure and services deployed in Azure, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
  • Actively participate in Agile Scrum-based IaaS/DevOps processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
  • Architect and support Continuous Delivery pipelines, streamlining deployment processes and enhancing software delivery efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • A deep understanding of the principles and practices of licensing solutions for SaaS and on-premised application packaging and deployment.
  • An understanding of Continuous Integration, Delivery, and Deployment methodologies.
  • Working knowledge of container management software such as Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, etc.
  • Experience working in an Agile environment following Scrum principles.
  • Proficient in Linux shell scripting and adept at automating manual processes using Python and Unix Shell.
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools and technologies such as Jenkins, Bamboo, TFS/VSTS, Maven, Gradle, Nexus, Artifactory, or similar.
  • Expertise in at least one Infrastructure as Code / Configuration as Code technology like Terraform, Ansible, Helm, etc.
  • Working knowledge of modern operations technologies including monitoring, log aggregation, alerting, and service discovery.
  • University degree in Computer Science or equivalent field.
  • Proficient Programmer: Expertise in any of the modern programming languages such as Java, Python, NodeJS, Scala, etc.
  • Data Engineering Skills: Experience with data engineering and analytics technologies, including Spark, Hadoop, Kafka, Cassandra, and similar platforms.
