We are seeking a Financial Counsellor to manage high-net-worth client relationships in Sweden from our Dublin office. As a Financial Counsellor, you will be responsible for understanding clients' needs and providing expert guidance on portfolio changes.

The Opportunity:

This is a unique opportunity to build long-lasting relationships with clients and deliver exceptional service. You will report to your Team Manager who will support your professional development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring they receive outstanding service
  • Manage a portfolio of high-net-worth client relationships with assets ranging from €100-150 million
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between clients, our Investment Committee, research and trading departments, and various service teams
  • Proactively inform clients about portfolio changes, financial market updates, and our current investment strategy
  • Pursue advanced finance and capital markets education through our training program
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience working with private clients in the banking or wealth management industry
  • Detailed knowledge of financial concepts, markets, and current events
  • Native Swedish and native or fluent English language skills (Proficiency in other European languages is beneficial)
  • Able to communicate effectively with diverse audiences
  • Maintain a positive attitude and empathise with clients during challenging times
  • MiFID certification, training, or equivalent is required
  • CFA or similar education is highly desirable
