About the Role

We are seeking a Global Sales Development Lead to join our growing sales team in EMEA. This is a results-driven role, where you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth for OFX.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your industry expertise and market knowledge to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Finance leaders, Controllers, Accountants, and C-level executives and decision makers.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and delivery of client solutions.
  • Maintain expert knowledge of OFX's products and services, staying up-to-date with market trends and competitor offerings.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a similar sales role, with a proven track record of success in high-pressure environments.
  • Degree or diploma in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS sales processes and principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce.
