Social Impact Fundraiser

This is a pivotal position within our organization, centered around cultivating and stewarding strong partnerships with valued philanthropic partners. We are seeking a highly motivated individual to nurture long-term relationships with existing Major Donors through exceptional stewardship.
The Philanthropy Unit plays a vital role in supporting life-changing projects across the globe, contributing to donor engagement activities, including tailored proposals, networking events, and inspiring communications.
- Identify and develop new fundraising opportunities;
- Provide stewardship to existing major donors;
- Manage CRM systems to ensure accurate records of donor interaction;
- Undertake prospect research and data analysis;
- Develop funding proposals and reports;
- Manage direct marketing campaigns;
- Network and cultivate new prospects;
- Work with the team to deliver events programmes.
This role requires excellent relationship-building skills, proven report writing and presentation skills, and experience in CRM systems.
