Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Residential Development Project Leader to oversee the construction of a residential development in Kildare.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all works are carried out to the highest Health and Safety standards, and that projects are delivered on time and within budget.

You will be required to demonstrate capability and experience in dealing with challenging projects, and to conduct your work in a safe manner.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervision of construction on site
  • Delivering projects on time
  • Producing accurate records, reports, and information
  • Representing the company on site and interfacing between the company and client
  • Managing and motivating site teams
  • Ensuring work is carried out to the highest standards

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a relevant construction or engineering qualification and 5+ years of previous experience working on large-scale residential development projects.

You must be able to work on own initiative, be self-motivated and hardworking, and have strong team-building skills.

You will also require analytical and decision-making skills, as well as strong budgeting and financial management skills.

Excellent written and oral presentation skills are essential for this role.
