Commercial Property Manager Role

Our organisation is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager to oversee property sales, leasing negotiations and asset management. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing property acquisitions, development projects and relationships with key external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective property management strategies to maximise value for the organisation.
  • Coordinate site acquisitions and development projects, ensuring timely delivery and within budget.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers and colleagues.
  • Support the development of multi-year business plans and budgets.
  • Manage credit control activities and ensure timely payment from customers.
  • Review commercial proposals and negotiate terms that benefit the organisation.
  • Oversee compliance reporting and provide strategic guidance to the leadership team as required.

Requirements:

  • A minimum 3rd-level degree in a relevant field, such as business or property studies.
  • Chartered surveyor qualification (SCSI and/or RICS) is highly desirable.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in a commercially focused property sales or leasing role.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to engage with people at all levels of seniority.
  • Strong analytical and IT skills.
  • Proven ability to manage projects effectively, meeting deadlines and staying within budget.

  • The salary range will depend on experience but is expected to be up to approx. 70k base salary.
