Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and skilled individual to join our team as a Lead Competition Law Investigator. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting complex investigations into potential breaches of competition law, including cartels, anti-competitive horizontal practices, and merger gun-jumping.

  • You will establish initial investigative steps, including drafting investigation initiation documents, identifying key investigative milestones, undertaking day-to-day investigation and project management tasks, and maintaining a complete file of matters completed.
  • You will drive forward assigned cases, conduct investigative tasks, and maintain a record of research done and any evidence obtained.

The successful candidate will have experience in legal and/or economic analysis, investigations and/or enforcement, forensic accounting/forensic auditing, regulatory advisory and compliance related work, or fraud and AML.

They will be able to build and manage relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders, including complainants, witnesses, targets (suspects), and legal advisors.
