We are seeking a highly skilled professional to provide administrative and paralegal support to our team.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality administrative and paralegal support, including maintaining records, supporting decision-making procedures, and coordinating responses to requests in accordance with legal and policy requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative and paralegal support to the team, including maintaining records and supporting decision-making procedures.
- Coordinate responses to requests, including Subject Access Requests (SARs), Freedom of Information (FOI), and Environmental Information Regulation (EIR) requests.
- Support the adjudication process and provide research and legal support to the maladministration teams.
- A minimum of two years' relevant experience of providing legal advice to senior managers and staff.
- Demonstrable knowledge of GDPR, FOI, or administrative justice procedures.
- Experience of supporting adjudication or complaints casework.
