Responsibilities
  • Recruiting and training high-performing team members to deliver outstanding results in their roles by developing their operational and leadership skills.
  • Coaching the team to be passionate and knowledgeable about products, building store brand and providing customers with the right range, quality, and service to ensure repeat business.
  • Leading the team in driving trade activity and leveraging expertise to grow sales and maximize profit.
  • Developing and implementing resource plans to optimize customer experience, identifying and resolving root cause issues with sustainable solutions.
  • Ensuring colleague safety and compliance with security measures to provide a safe work environment.
Requirements
  • A natural communicator who shares knowledge, experience, and best practices, understands the importance of their role, and works collaboratively with the team to achieve results.
  • A warm and welcoming individual who puts customers at the heart of their interactions, takes time to listen and understand others, builds strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
  • Someone who uses energy and resilience to maintain momentum in challenging situations, owns decision-making for the store, and makes decisions based on what is best for customers and colleagues.
  • Someone who has the drive and motivation to deliver beyond expectations, consistently does the right thing, and inspires confidence in those around them.
  • Knowledge of competitors and ability to develop new initiatives to improve store performance.
  • Experience in retail store management, leading a small team.
