Job Title: Plant Operations Coordinator

Main Responsibilities:
  • Process delivery and return dockets, as well as store issues.
  • Update the central database system for asset-related data.
  • Generate and distribute weekly and monthly reports.
  • Fully digitize all plant department records.
  • Verify invoices against accruals.
  • Provide general support to the plant department.
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks as required by the plant department.
  • Handle inspection sheets for vehicle and plant compliance.
  • Set up and dispose of new assets on the company database.
  • Tax vehicles and book vehicle tests.
  • Coordinate vehicle maintenance and servicing.
  • Process toll and fuel cards.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years' relevant experience.
  • Exceptional PC skills and a strong working knowledge of Microsoft suite are essential.

This role is based in Dublin, where you'll work as part of a dynamic team. You'll need strong communication, IT, and organizational skills. The ideal candidate should be able to work independently and as part of a team.
