Senior Strategic Procurement Manager

A seasoned professional is required to spearhead a part of the Procurement Strategy and Capabilities function (Source-to-Contract). This individual will oversee a team of 2 members based in the United States and drive long-term category strategy development and performance management.
Key Responsibilities- Enable effective category strategy management by continuously improving the company's version of the sourcing process, Supplier Lifecycle Management, Contract Lifecycle Management and Risk programs.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive procurement strategy aligned with business objectives, incorporating modern technology, services, and tools to enhance efficiency within Procurement and the Sourcing process.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deploy the Procurement Technology Roadmap, ensuring seamless integration and alignment across departments.
- Lead all aspects of Procurement operations, system controls, and compliance reporting services to deliver exceptional support to end-users.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities to inspire teams and influence others to achieve outstanding results.
- Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and matrix environments.
- Excellent communication skills to engage diverse internal and external stakeholders effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software applications.
