Job Overview
The position of Automation MES Project Manager requires a highly skilled and experienced individual to manage and coordinate the deployment of manufacturing systems. This involves working with cross-functional teams around the globe, managing all activities required by the client's IT Software Development Lifecycle, and maintaining ownership of the project's schedule and key milestones.
The successful candidate will have deep knowledge of Siemens OpsCenter (Camstar MES), Aveva PI, LIMS, and SCADA Ignition, as well as excellent communication and documentation skills. They will also be responsible for developing validation plans, protocols, and risk assessments.
Key Responsibilities- Assume an IT project manager leadership role for the complete scope of systems and applications required to establish manufacturing operability.
- Manage all of the activities required by the clients IT Software Development Lifecycle.
- Maintain ownership of the project's schedule and key milestones.
- Represent the status of the project and its overall health to stakeholders, team members and other constituents through regular status reports and updates.
- Degree in relevant discipline
- 5+ years of experience in Automation MES Project Management in a regulated environment (medical device/pharma)
- Deep knowledge of Siemens OpsCenter (Camstar MES), Aveva PI, LIMS, and SCADA Ignition
- Proven experience developing validation plans, protocols, and risk assessments
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
