We are seeking a Senior Business Development Leader, Salesforce to drive revenue growth and expand our presence in the EMEA SMB market. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the company's success.

You will be responsible for:

  1. BUILDING AND MANAGING A HIGH-PERFORMING TEAM: Develop a team of sales executives who can drive revenue growth and achieve individual and team quotas.
  2. PARTNERING WITH REGION SALES LEADERSHIP: Collaborate with regional leaders to drive scale, innovation, and exceptional growth.
  3. SUPPORTING ACCOUNT EXECUTIVES: Participate in client meetings and engage other corporate resources to support sales efforts.
  4. MANAGING A HIGH-PERFORMANCE TEAM: Recruit, hire, train, and manage a team of sales professionals.
  5. DRIVING PIPELINE GENERATION INITIATIVES: Develop and implement strategies to improve revenue-generating opportunities for customer accounts.
  6. MENTORING AND DEVELOPING ACCOUNT EXECUTIVES: Provide guidance and coaching to help sales professionals achieve their goals.
  7. ENGAGING AT THE C-LEVEL: Build relationships with senior decision-makers in customer organisations to drive business growth.
  8. DEVELOPING THE GO-TO-MARKET STRATEGY: Create and execute a comprehensive plan to drive revenue growth and market share.
  9. ACHIEVING ACCURATE REPORTING: Provide timely and accurate reports on sales activity and forecasting to area sales management.
