Job Opportunity: Site Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our site teams, ensuring timely project delivery, and maintaining high-quality installation standards.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who possess strong coordination and communication skills, as well as experience working with or supervising fitters/subcontractors in a flooring or construction environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Site Management & Workforce Coordination
    • Ensure that site teams are scheduled, briefed, and monitored regularly to ensure smooth project progress.
    • Maintain open communication with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders to resolve any issues promptly.
  • Stock & Materials Management
    • Conduct regular stock checks to identify shortages and coordinate with suppliers for timely deliveries.
    • Verify the quality and condition of incoming materials and store them properly.
  • Project Tracking & Reporting
    • Provide regular progress reports to stakeholders, including photos, notes on delays, and variations.
    • Attend weekly meetings to update on project status and address any concerns.
  • Quality Assurance
    • Monitor workmanship throughout the day to ensure compliance with industry and company standards.
    • Manage snagging lists and ensure resolution within agreed deadlines.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong site coordination and communication skills.
  • Experience working with or supervising fitters/subcontractors in a flooring or construction environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high standards.
  • Ability to manage time and priorities effectively across multiple sites.
