Job Title: Product Assembler - Night Shift

Description:

We are seeking skilled individuals for a Product Assembler role to work on our manufacturing floor. This is an excellent opportunity to join our team and contribute to the production of high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prioritize tasks to meet production targets, ensuring all products meet quality standards.
  • Operate machinery safely and efficiently to produce parts and sub-assemblies.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure smooth operations.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and reduce waste.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals and resolve any issues that may arise.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A Leaving Certificate or equivalent qualification is necessary, along with experience in assembly line work or a related field.

Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures is essential, as well as the ability to lift heavy items and work at heights if required. We also place great importance on the need for employees to be able to read and interpret blueprints and other documentation.
