
Sales Development Specialist

As a Sales Development Representative for Shopify, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers and expanding our client base. You will identify potential leads, engage with prospects, and demonstrate the benefits and features of our platform.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategic plans to target potential customers within the SMB segment.
- Lead high-volume outreach efforts through calls, emails, and social media to qualify leads and generate interest in our offerings.
- Manage a comprehensive sales cycle from initial contact through contract signature, maintaining an accurate pipeline of opportunities.
- Proven experience in a closing sales role or Sales Development Role, with a strong track record of successfully acquiring new business and exceeding sales targets.
- Native level fluency in Italian and English (Read, Write & Speak).
- Demonstrated passion for hunting and acquiring new business, with a consultative and solutions-oriented mindset.
- Ability to navigate complex sales cycles and engage with multiple stakeholders, including C-level executives.
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and familiarity with sales engagement platforms preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building trusting relationships and effectively conveying the value of our offerings.
- Self-motivated and driven by results, with the tenacity to pursue leads and close deals.
