Site Management Opportunity

We are seeking an accomplished Site Manager to join our team on a new Student Accommodation project in Dublin City Centre.

This project has a two year duration and presents an opportunity for career progression to a Project Manager role upon completion.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities on-site throughout the project lifecycle, leading the Project Team to ensure the successful delivery of the project on time and within scope.

  • Overall management on site
  • Work closely with and report to the project manager
  • Ensure projects are completed to quality, safety standards and specifications
  • Comply with drawings, building regulations and good building practice
  • Check and understand all drawings and specifications
  • Manage Health & Safety and Quality on site, ensuring compliance with our Quality and Safety Management Systems
  • Supervise sub-contractors in an efficient manner
  • Guarantee delivery of project is achieved in an appropriate manner
Requirements
  • Engineering or construction qualification with a proven track record for delivering challenging projects
  • Able to prioritise workload / excellent time management / excellent managerial skills
  • Able to work on own initiative
  • Strong work ethic and desire to work in a team environment
  • Able to coordinate varied projects
