As a Gate Attendant, you will be responsible for providing a warm and efficient welcome to guests, promoting positive relationships, and supporting the reception and porterage teams as required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure seamless arrival and departure experiences for guests in accordance with hotel standards.
  • Promote excellent guest relations on entrance and exit points at all times.
  • Support the reception and porterage teams as needed.
  • Deliver exceptional guest care and attention, anticipating needs and exceeding expectations wherever possible.
