We're seeking a highly skilled EHS Specialist to join our team in Dublin. As an EHS Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting site-wide activities, driving compliance, and championing continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • EHS Support: Provide hands-on support across all site operations, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment for everyone.
  • EHS Management Systems: Maintain and enhance our EHS Management Systems, guaranteeing compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Health & Safety Team Lead: Lead the Health & Safety team and participate in EHS committees, promoting a culture of safety excellence.
  • Industrial Hygiene Programme: Manage the site's industrial hygiene programme and EHS documentation, identifying and mitigating potential hazards.
  • Audits & Inspections: Conduct regular audits, inspections, and risk assessments to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
  • EHS Training: Develop and deliver engaging EHS training modules to promote a culture of safety awareness and competence.
  • Legal Compliance: Monitor legal compliance and prepare reports for authorities and corporate stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting sustainability initiatives and EHS improvement projects, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive business success.

Requirements
  • A degree in science or engineering, ideally with a formal EHS qualification.
  • 2-3 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in the pharma or chemical sector.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort with digital tools.
  • A proactive, detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.
