Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Call Dispatcher to join our team in Dublin, serving as the primary point of contact for customer service inquiries and requests.

Main Responsibilities
  • Welcome and classify customer requests according to established processes and provide timely responses.
  • Manage incoming calls and emails effectively, ensuring prompt attention to customer needs.
  • Support supervisors in tracking open callouts, reporting job status, and providing essential reports.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by offering clear information and support.
  • Record and dispatch jobs efficiently, ensuring timely completion.
  • Identify and manage safety situations, adhering to global safety procedures and demonstrating empathy towards customers.
  • Foster a responsive, responsible, and efficient work environment, aligned with KONE processes.
  • Offer administrative support to the wider team, promoting collaboration and success.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a Call Contact Centre is essential.
  • Call out dispatcher experience is beneficial.
  • Excellent administrative skills and good telephone manner.
  • Prior work experience in customer service is required.
  • Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook is necessary.
  • A collaborative team player with good written and spoken English.
