Overview

We are looking for a Customer Service Call Out Dispatcher to be part of our Dublin team, as the main contact point for our customers relating to their service needs or questions relating to a job in progress.

Responsibilities
  • Welcome customers and users according to KONE processes and standard instructions, identify and classify their requests, and provide an adequate answer.
  • Manage incoming requests mainly by telephone as well as by email.
  • Support the supervisors in following up open callouts, reporting open jobs, or specific reports on open jobs available on Supervisor reports.
  • Make contact with customers as easy as possible and provide adequate information and support.
  • Record and book any jobs and dispatch engineers in a timely manner.
  • Identify safety situations and manage them by giving the adequate safety instructions as described in our global safety procedures. Show empathy and awareness of customer feelings and provide adequate safety advice to calm the passenger if needed.
  • Follow KONE processes by showing responsiveness, responsibility, and a quick spirit.
  • Administrative support to the wider team.
Skills and experience required
  • Must have Call Contact Centre experience.
  • Call out dispatcher experience is beneficial.
  • Good administrative skills are essential.
  • Good telephone manner.
  • Previous work experience in customer service.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Good critical thinking skills.
  • Good Word, Excel, and Outlook skills.
  • Collaborative team player.
  • Good written and spoken English.
