Compassionate Care Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled care worker to join our team. As a home care provider, we have been dedicated to supporting individuals with their daily needs for over 30 years.

Our focus is on providing a person-centered service that responds to the changing needs of our service users. We offer comprehensive supports and services to help individuals maintain their independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide high-quality care and support to individuals in their own homes.
  • To work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans.
  • To maintain accurate records and reports as required.

Requirements:

  • A full, clean driving license and use of your own car.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A calm, polite, and professional demeanor with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • A kind and caring nature with a commitment to providing quality person-centered care.
