About the Opportunity:

This role entails leading mechanical services design across projects from inception to completion, encompassing specification and design of mechanical building services systems. Continuous design and installation quality checks and control are integral aspects of this position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop fully detailed tender packages / reports / analysis / recommendations
  • Maintain high standards of mechanical design within the organization
  • Collaborate with the design team and stakeholders to establish project scopes.
  • Demonstrate leadership skills on projects with minimal input from management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in CIBSE, ASHRAE, BS, IS, and EN standards
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, AutoCAD, and REVIT
  • In-depth understanding of engineering principles and industry standards
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
  • Prior experience leading & coordinating an engineering team in successful project delivery
  • A keen interest in emerging technologies and their application in this role
