We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Estimating Professional to join Quanta Consultancy Services Ltd on a contract/Permanent position.

About the Role:
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing the total Project Basis of Estimate and leading the preparation of Project Estimates.
  • They will mentor and guide assigned discipline estimators, and provide feedback on performance to Discipline Estimating Manager.
  • Negotiation with suppliers and subcontractors is also essential.
  • Travel may be required to support both project and corporate needs.
About the Ideal Candidate:
  • No less than 10+ years of progressive experience in construction estimating is necessary, along with proven leadership experience in a senior estimating role.
  • The ideal candidate will understand the fundamental concepts of engineering drawings and apply AACE Recommended Practices.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, as well as exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.
  • An extensive knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and best practices is also required.
