About the Role

This is a field-based position that involves working closely with national account managers to implement and execute account plans across various product categories. The primary goal is to maximize sales value, volume, and profitability.

As part of this role, you will provide reporting and analysis for senior management and ensure that all data requirements are met. This includes analyzing promotional activity to ensure maximum return on investment and supporting the development and coordination of retailer training requirements.

You will also work with the sales team to maintain high forecast accuracy and support the implementation of digital strategies to enhance customer engagement. Additionally, you will be responsible for building and presenting monthly updates, identifying gaps, risks, and opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support national account managers in developing action plans to drive profitable growth and mix increase.
  • Analyze promotional activity to ensure maximum ROI and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Develop and present monthly updates, highlighting key areas of focus and opportunity.
  • Support general administration and reporting requests, including backorder reporting and sell-out analysis.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to maintain high forecast accuracy and support integrated business planning sessions.
  • Work with the training team to develop and coordinate retailer training requirements.
  • Support the implementation of digital strategies to enhance customer engagement and optimize promotional calendars.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need strong business acumen, analytical skills, and the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively. Experience in sales or account management is highly desirable, as is proficiency in IT systems and excellent presentation skills.

You should be self-motivated, proactive, and able to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. A willingness to learn and develop your skills is essential, as is the ability to manage workload in a fast-paced environment.
