Programme Development Expert

We are seeking a Programme Development Expert to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in programme management and be able to apply their knowledge and skills to support the delivery of complex programmes.

The Programme Development Expert will work closely with senior members of the project team to design and implement cross-cutting programme initiatives that support delivery of the program. This will involve conducting research, analysing trends, benchmarking and collaborating with stakeholders to develop and maintain technical standards, guidelines and workflows.

The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office suite and have expertise in tools such as PowerBI and MS Project. They will also have a strong ability to write, document and maintain technical standards, guidelines and workflows.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct research and analysis to inform programme development and implementation
  • Design and propose solutions to programme challenges
  • Develop and maintain technical standards, guidelines and workflows
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve programme goals
Requirements
  • Strong academic performance and degree qualified in relevant discipline (e.g. engineering, business, economics, finance etc.) from a reputed university
  • 1-3 years of experience in an advisory role - preferably with leading advisory firms
  • Experience in economic and financial analysis, programme management and infrastructure sector preferred
