Programme Development Specialist

A key objective of this role is to provide and achieve consistent, accurate, and reliable project data.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop planning solutions using Primavera P6.
- Develop project-specific programmes, method statements, and logistics plans during the bid phase.
- Develop design deliverable programmes in conjunction with the design manager.
- Develop fully integrated project programmes to measure progress, including critical path analysis.
- Communicate planned intent both internally and externally and represent the company in a formal interview setting.
- Review tender/construction drawings/specifications/bills to gain a clear understanding of the project.
- Review and challenge subcontractor programmes, including methods and logistics.
- Keep records of assumptions or constraints made to develop project programmes.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role within the civil engineering sector.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 and other relevant planning software.
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Full, clean driving licence.
